On the 16th we begin preparing boxes for the upcoming shipment. If you cancel after the 15th your card will be charged on the 1st and your final box will ship as scheduled. Your subscription will not renew after that.

If your tracking shows your box was delivered but it never arrived — or if your package appears stuck in transit with no movement — please reach out and we'll help get it sorted. 🐾

1. Check your tracking email — confirm the expected delivery date and carrier status
2. Check around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots
3. Check with neighbors — misdeliveries happen more than you'd think
4. Wait 24–48 hours — occasionally packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive

If your package is still missing after 48 hours:
