Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fur Mom Chic, we want every order to feel special. Because many of our items are made in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges and replacements rather than traditional refunds.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chris@furmomchic.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We do not currently offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Worn or washed items
  • Limited edition or seasonal items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges or replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days after review.
